Founder Scott Sogard has owned, operated, developed and brokered hotels, restaurants, resort condomiums and hospitality related businesses for over 30 years. He started in operations management as Corporate Food and Beverage Director, General Manager and Regional Manager in the industry for both independent and franchise companies. In Developer or Equity capacity he has opened “from concept to keys” numerous independent Restaurants, Bars and Hotels in Florida and New England. Sogard's team consults and brokers Hospitality, Food, Beverage, Lodging, Retail, Residential Development and Marina related businesses in New England, Florida, the Islands and Ski Country. Scott actively brokers from both the buy and sell side.
